One potential cause is that the firewall of your machine does not allow Capture Pilot to access the Capture One Pro application. Check your firewall settings. Did you get a message when you started the Image Server of the Capture Pilot tool in Capture One?
Another cause could be the OpenCL hardware acceleration. Experiment with different settings. You find it in the Preferences (edit menu), General tab, OpenCL.0 -
ok, i will try in co 6.2 works all fine. 0 -

Hello you may need to change the setting in CO7 for the Capture Pilot server, be sure its using the same folders as the session.
Kind Regards,

What do you mean exactly? 0 -

I think Jon is referring to the Folder field in the Capture Pilot (a.k.a. Image Server) tool. You need to check whether this entry refers to the same folder as you are currently viewing on-screen, otherwise the iPad with Capture Pilot could show different images or no images at all.
The default setting for Folder is Capture, that is the session's Capture Folder (assuming you run a session). It could be an Album or Favorite in your session too.0 -
Paul: YES that is exactly what I meant. I had this same issue until I realized the Capture Server folders can be different than the session folders!

That's great Jon. An excellent tip by the way, which can be easily overlooked.
