Can't remove some images from the recycle bin?

I now notice that Capture One has a recycle bin that works; I use catalogues.

I have deleted over a hundred images from my last photo shoot but when attempting to empty the recycle bin sixteen of the images won't delete.

Are you having the same problem?

I have contacted Technical Support and am waiting to see what they say.
