Can't output HELP!!!

For some reason both on my laptop and desktop I can no longer output files.
The first half of the shoot was fine (600 frames) now down to the last 200 frames and they won't output.
I've enabled a new process recipe, new session cleared batch queue and history, restarted, removed folder prefs.
Files go into the Queue and disappear almost immediately, they do show up in the history pane.
I've also tried to re-output the jobs from the past couple of days and they won't output as well. 1dsmk3 files also won't output
Files output fine in ACR so don't think it's a corrupt file, camera is 1DX.

Looks like it's something to do with quick proof not working properly, it's working fine with jpegs set to 0. 0
