C9 Install Issue
Hi
Installed C9 on my laptop with no issue but run into a problem on my desktop. When I start the software it comes up with a dialogue box saying session was created in an older version do I want to update. When I hit yes it opens a 'recents' window showing my old C8 file session but will not update it or let me create either a new session or catalog. So seem to be stuck in an endless loop. I was having a few issues with C8 after Win 10 install in that it kept coming up with a 'loading document' window on start up (which it is still doing in C9). Also in C8 it would also return to the same directory which was not the last one I was working on. I have tried uninstalling everything and just reinstalling C9 but same result. I suspect there is a problem with the Capture One.cosessiondb file. Anyone know what I need to do for clean install in Windows 10?
Thanks
Rich
