Problems reseting to original image
Hello,
I'm trying out Capture One Pro and i'm finding a problem.
If the changes done to an image are saved the next time i open Capture One i can't return to the original image, i allways se the retouched image and even if i press the reset to original it does nothing.
Maybe i'm doing something wrong.
Thank's,
Gregorio

Gregorio,
All image adjustment settings can be set back to original. This can be done for each image and at the White Balance and Exposure Tool tabs by clicking the Red X ! reset icon. The Thumbnail to be reset must be selected.
At the Focus tab you set the sliders back to Preference values. It is possible to reset all WB, Exposure, and Focus settings for an entire Session or groups of images within a Session.
To do this you will select an image > reset all adjustments > select the Thumbnails you want to reset > click the Apply these settings to current selection of captures > the Apply Settings window appears > uncheck the bottom box for Only settings from current tab > and now all the pertinent settings will be made to each tool tabs selected.
Remember, all image adjustment data is written to the Thumbnail or Work files which reside in the Preview Cache and are tagged .C1w
So I suppose there is another way to rid all the image adjustment settings, and that is to delete all the .C1w files for that particular Session. You will have to decide if it can be done efficiently from the Preview Cache, i.e. in Explorer window organizing files by Name or by Date Modified so all .C1w files can be selected together.
Sincerely,
k c0
