style folder no longer shows up

Hi - One of my style folders suddenly doesn't show up in C1. I checked local app data & it's still there. I tried deleting & recreating the folder but it still doesn't show. The other folders show up OK. Tech support doesn't have an answer yet. Any ideas? Thanks.
