Bug in name formatting (HH is broken)
Hello,
I'm currently running a trial with Capture One and found a frustrating bug in the name formatting (import and export). If you choose "Image Time (HH)" and 24-hour time is disabled in MacOS system preferences, it will actually insert, for example, "11AM 11AM" instead of just "11".
Is this the right place to report an issue like this, and does anyone know if Phase One tends to address these types of annoying, but not catastrophic bugs? I'd prefer not to set my system clock to 24-hour time, but I guess I'll have to for now if I want to use Capture One.
Thanks!

I'd not describe that as a bug.
Seems to me that if your system settings are for a 12 hour clock, it's appropriate that C1 respect that and use "AM" and "PM" as you describe.

The OP seems to say that CO inserts "11AM 11AM" instead of "11AM".0 -
Yes, it inserts "11 AM 11 AM" which is very clearly a bug, even if adapting to the system settings were intentional.
Also, there's already a separate "h-mm a" format specifying 12-hour time with AM/PM, so it's reasonable to assume that HH is intended to explicitly refer to 24-hour time as it does in most other implementations of date formatting.0 -
I'm not experiencing this issue with a 12-hr clock and the [Image Time (HH)] token (for example, mine return "11" and not "11 AM"). I suggest creating a case with us though via the link in my sig, as this could be a localization issue. 0 -
Okay, thanks for the response! I'll make a support case. 0
