Auto Adjust Rotation And Flip Problem

When I try to auto adjust in the Rotation and flip tool I get the warning: 'some of the selected variants could not be adjusted'

I found some other response to this but I may as well as been reading Swahili as I didn't understand what they were saying.

I'm happy to make the switch from Lightroom if I can sort this out along with one or two other issues but this is pretty major for me as I do a lot of interior work and it's also useful for everything else!

  I remember reading that it only works with Phase One digital backs that have a gyroscope/accelerometer sensor (digital level) built in.
  
  Every camera has that nowadays, so I hope they can expand compatibility (not sure if the metadata is there).

  Yep, the Auto button in the Rotation and Flip uses the pitch/roll information embedded in files from our IQ backs, as does the Auto-Alignment feature of the Next Capture Adjustments.
