Hi, until you can give more specifics regarding your issue, some general remarks.
Capture One 4 or 5 comes with 2 activations. As a result you can install and use it at 2 computers (either Windows and/or Mac). You also can deactivate an installation from within the program or entirely revoke all activations for a license key and start from scratch from the Phase One website.

I already tried disabling the license on one computer where I installed Capture One. There is no problem at this level. You can reactivate it again on the same computer.
This is the second installation that my license entitles me that it is impossible on the second computer?

For clarity I think it is best to make a distinction between
- installing the software and
- activating the license key when you (first) run the software.
You can install the software to unlimited number of computers.
You can have TWO computers activated maximum at the same time with a single license key. When you deactivate one computer, you could potentially activate an installation on a new computer.
You can check the activation status of your license key from the Phase One website.0 -

Absolutely, it is indeed a problem to activate the license on a second computer. The first phase of the site indicates that only one is currently active, but I can finalize this activation at the end of the procedure.

Without your response, I would send you additional information about my problem: In terminal activation on my second computer, I am stopped on the next window: "Activation not possible because the activation profile is invalid" .
What can I do?

Could be that you used a different email address from what you initially used for your Phase One accont and license. Use the same address. Otherwise, open a support case so that Phase staff can see what is going on from their end. 0 -

This error is very straight forward, it simply means that the credentials you are trying to activate the software with at present DO NOT match the credentials which own the key.
