Download problem

I can't download the installer for C1 5.2.1 (Windows) -> I can't register it -> I can't create a support case for the download problem -> ??????

Tried on 3 different computers with completely different internet connections, using Win XP and Win7 with Firefox 3.6.8 and IE 8.
It seems to go through to the end and then I get an error message saying the file could not be read.

HELP!

    I just managed to intruduce a case.

    How about clearing your P1 cookies in your browser, then trying the download again. This is what P1 has been recommending and it seems to be working.
