Phase One Media Reader

I have bougth Phase One Pro for WindowsBut when I connect my (sandisk)CFcard in external cardreader, the Phase One media reader doesent appear, and I have to import through Canon zoombrowser and then open C1 and finding the folder ???????????

  Standard format of CF card creates the DCIM folder. It is this folder that triggers the launch of the Phase One Media Reader.
