C1 v. 5 -- getting "Open With" to stick with CS4??

In Capture One LE Version 4, the various settings in the Process Recipe would stay once set--such as TIF or DNG or JPG and "Open With" could be set to CS4 or ...?... and it would stay.

I just upgraded to Capture One Version 5 and the defaults 8 bit TIF and "Open With" NONE will reappear every time it starts up.

How can I get my preferences as to CS4 and DNG or JPG to stick once set?

    Will probably be fixed in the pending 5.0.1 or something maintenance update.
