Any way to Process Output and Overwrite Files?
Here's my use case:
1. I process my photo and use the Process Recipe to export some images.
2. I later decide to do an edit and I want to re-process the file
What I find is that I will get a (1) suffix added to the file. What I want to do is overwrite the exported image. Is there a way to do that?

+1 for adding this as an option. Hide it if you have to, but not having this option is causing us to waste more time than it's worth. Also, I see no way to "Request a Feature" through the link mentioned. 0 -

To request a feature, you can submit a support case in the same way as you would for help on a technical problem, but make sure you clearly say it’s a feature request in the subject line.

Did file one years ago, somehow P.O. doesn't see the use in this... apparently 0 -

Hello guys,,
I don't often edit processed files in another application and so do not use a workflow that might, for example, export a tiff file, see that processed in PS and put back in the "originals" folder alongside the original raw file or perhaps in an associated sub-folder for both the original processed/exported file and the PS version.
So for my understanding, what amount of checking would be required to allow an overwrite automatically EXCEPT for any instances where the previously processed file had already been further processed outside C1 but saved with the same name?0 -
I agree that overwriting could be dangerous, but the original image could be moved to the Catalog Trash. So, in case of accidental overwrite, you could restore the previous image.
In addition, I'm really missing the ability to export a new format directly into the catalogue. If I'm not interested in keeping the RAW or TIFF for some pictures, I might export them as JPEG or DNG directly into the catalogue: I could compare the original and the JPEG, and remove the original once I'm happy with the lower resolution version.
