Capture One Performance Issues
I'm wondering if it's just my configuration or if a lot of people have issues but everything takes a bit before any adjustment is applied. For example if I'm adjusting the shadows up +30, it literally takes about a second for the adjustment to apply to the image. I've tried turning on and off Open CL, with no noticeable difference which is really the only performance option I've found. I'm running Windows 10 on a clean install, 32gb RAM, I7 processor and an SSD drive with a Dell 4K display. I've re-installed C1 with no noticeable difference. Lightroom is screaming fast but for whatever reason Capture One is still slow. I also use sessions instead of catalog to try and speed it up but still lags. What preview image size would you recommend for a 4K display?

The trial should make no difference at all as far as I know - but does that you have been running C1 as a trial for almost 2 years? 0 -
I tried the trial previously and there was a TIF file problem, so went back to Lightroom and now I"m back trying out C1 again and only have 3 days left. Just can't get past the lagging it seems 0 -

No more than the native horizontal resolution which is, I think, 3840 (3840 x 2160)0 -
