Subscription Cancelled: Still Being Charged?
I subscribed for three months to Phase One to give it a try, but decided not to continue. I changed my preference from automatic renewal to "do not" auto renew, yet received another charge two days ago. Not sure how to proceed. I want to cancel! ☹️

Have you tried any searches through the "Community" documents yet?
There are support documents in the Frequently Asked Questions that and other sections that have information to advise about how to manage that requirement and what to do if for some reason things do not occur as expected.
If you do not find what you need there used the "Submit a request" link found at th etop of most Community pages and choose the appropriate method to contact Capture One support.
