Error message when trying to open 8 for first time

Greetings, I just upgraded from Capture One Pro 7 to 8, and when I go into Applications folder and click on the Icon it will not allow me to open/start the program, and I get the following error message:

"Capture One.pro" app can't be opened because the identity of the developer can not be confirmed.

Has anyone else experienced this same error who may be able to shed some light?

PS: I am running a Macbook Pro with OSX 10.9.5

    Solved my own problem. Posting this in case anyone else has same issue.

    Right button click on the programme icon and click open. Follow the prompts. The message wont repeat (until another OS X upgrade!).

    This happened, following the 10.9.5 upgrade, to a number of my applications.
