I paid, downloaded Capture One 7.x express but no license
I paid, downloaded Capture One 7.x express but no license key. Also although give an order number, I received no email. When I ordered it state I would received an invoice in 1 to 2 days, that's fine but I want a license so I can activate and use the product

When others paid and downloaded, were you emailed the license code? It did state I would receive an invoice in 1 to 2 days, but that's too long, I was expecting the license right when I bought it, so I could use the product 0 -
With most software that has a free trial, you can download the software, use it, and if you purchase it before the expiry of the free trial, you can activate the trial version and make it your permanent licensed copy. Have you downloaded the free trial? 0 -
If you've not done so already, you can install Capture One and use the 60 day trial period until such time as you license arrives. The download that you already have will install as the trial version - just be sure to make sure that you select express trial mode.
If you have already been using the trial - and it has expired you will have to wait until your license is delivered. PhaseOne are pretty prompt in my experience in this respect.
Note: If there is any possibility that an email may have gone astray - spam filters etc - then you can view all of your purchased licenses in the web site in the 'My Account' section at once you have logged in with the same email address and password as you used to order purchase the license.
