Uninstall Capture One Pro 5 Completely

How do you completely remove Capture One Pro 5 from OS X.
The link I had in one of my support cases no longer works and the search
funtion isn't giving me anything in the knowledgebase.

  First comes uninstall on Vista and windows 7.
  Second one should be what you are looking for.

  For some reason after upgrading to 6 I started having all sorts of hiccups and hangups.
  After completely removing everything including all preferences and reinstalling everything
  is working properly.
  
  Working on it for a day now I don't really see any speed increase as far as processing raw to 16bit Tiff
  but can tell a drastic change in making modifications. Really like the capability of levels.
  
  Wish you guys would make the color editor and the highlight and shadow adjustments more sensitive.
  I guess sensitive is the word I'm looking for. You still have to push the highlight save slider way to far
  for a simple highlight tweak. When you can adjust the exposure to a -0.15 and save a highlight you shouldn't
  have to push the actually hightlight slider to 55 or 60 to save the same highlight.
