Naming Issues with C1 3.7.2
At work, we recently upgraded from C1 3.6.1 to 3.7.2. We have a G5 with Tiger on it, and we shoot tethered with a Canon 1Ds. Everything seemed fine, until we realized the name we typed in the Capture Tool page wasn't taking when the capture came through. The previous file name kept showing up every time we took a capture. Is this a known bug? Is there anyway to fix it? Tried 3.7.1 and got the same problem. So, we reverted back to 3.6.1 and all is well again. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.

Having more than one version on same machine can create problems. Seems there was a remnant from previous version. Also, updating version and not repairing permissions can have issues.
Try these:
• When you type in a new capture name, be sure to hit Tab for the change to take.
• Throw away the application preference file called com.phaseone.application.captureonedslr.plist located at User/Library/Preferences
