5.1 Unspecified error

While using 5.1 with my P45 I keep on getting this error:

Unspecified error.

(300#4) LightPhase camera error: The camera did not complete a request within the expected time -
Download command timed-out (10422 ms) in WaitAsyncBuffer. Block 1 of 1 (44280 bytes).

I never saw this error in versions previous to 5.1. Can anyone explain this error or give any suggestions?

  Please create a support case and supply us with your System Profile and a screenshot of the error.

  It would be helpful if we all could hear the outcome. If it happens to me, I would like to be prepared...

  It ended up being a bad firewire cable! We often over look the obvious 😊 Funny though, previous versions did not display that error when there was a faulty cable so it led me to believe something else was wrong. So if you see that one, try a new cable.
