Upgrade 3.7 to 3.7.1

Which is the recommended procedure to upgrade?
Is it better before uninstall the old version?

  I am happy problems with the upgrade on a Windows XP machine. The error message states there are unzipped files in the document, then it closes. Not sure what the problem is.

  My preffered way is to install the new version in a different directoty and then test the version before skipping the old one. Maybe that's a bad habit from my software testing days 😕 but it gives you the opportunity to go back in versions if there are something that you dislike.
  
  Point the preview folder to your preview folder of the prevoius folder (or even better - before upgrading make a backup copy of the preview folder) in order to be able to view the old images/folders.
  
  However phase ones recommendation is to install it on top of the old one and then reboot.
  
  Any other good ideas?
