Deleting a pic
When I try to delete a pic the X in the tool bar doesn't delete it the command delete key doesn't the only way to delete is to do control-command-delete then a dialogue comes up saying "delete from disk. What is going on???? I have tried different catalogues with no difference

Hi Mike,
When you delete a picture, it goes into the "catalog trash" and is not deleted from your disk. The only way to delete pictures from the disk is either the third option you mention or empty trash.

I realize that but the first 2 options do nothing they dont do anything 0 -
On my computer (MacBook Pro 2013), the quickest way to send a picture to the Capture One trash is the delete (back) key. Then I can keep the deleted picture in the C1 trash for a while, just in case, and when I am sure I won't need the trashed pictures any longer, I empty the C1 trash. The pictures go then to the OS Trash. 0 -
I know all that but the delete keys are not working on C1 but in other programs its fine 0 -
They work on C1 on my computer.
I would suggest to reinstall it and, if it still doesn't work, to put a case at the Phase One support.
