sharpening issue

Hi
I need some urgent advise,
When using the focus tab and sharpening tools on an image- it looks great in C1 preview window, but after process and exporting the image as a jpeg into photoshop CS, all of the sharpening adjustment made in C1 disappear,and the image appears as it was before being sharpened why is this happening? Please advise

  There is setting in 'Preferences', under 'Process settings' to 'Disable Sharpening on Output'. Have you checked if that is ticked? If so, it would create the symptoms you describe. In that case, un-ticking the box should cure it.
