skin tone picker

since I migrated my workflow to Capture One 6 pro, I have not used the skin tone picker under white balance, can someone please give me a good example how to incorporate the skin tone picker under white balance.

    Ultimately it is a custom grey balance picker - using any sampled color as a point to neutralise from.

    This is theoretical: Say you have shot a red bus at some point. Its white balanced correctly.

    Now you go to shoot red buses again, this time you forgot your grey card but the red of the bus is the same. Use the pick to create new and sample the red of the old correctly balanced image. Now you can "grey balance" the new shot using the red as your sample instead of neutral grey.
