Banging my head on a brick wall
I have written 3 times to Phase One using their contact page and haven't had the courtesy of either acknowledgment or reply. Hallo! Is anybody there?

that is a mystery to me too as I wasn't able to reach them with my questions. Surprisingly there was NO phone # to dial.
I am not sure what you are trying to email them about, but this one: contactformular@phaseone.com worked for me.
You will receive a short answer from "Phase One Marketing" ...
I just opened a post here on this forum, hoping to get some tech support from PhaseOne...let's see!

You mentioned that you have a Mamiya DM28 and live in the U.S, you should have received support information how to contact Mamiya America with your camera.

Ulf, thanks. I guess I am a bit confused - my problem is with software not with camera. Are you suggesting to call mamiya with software issue? 0 -

Capture One is the software that comes with your back so they will support both (hardware and included software)
We can of course also help you but that requires that you contact you as I wrote to Monty in the last post-0 -
