multi user licence > multi account ?

hello, we just bought a 5 user licence. can we also have 5 accounts, so that each one of us has its own account with his own personal data, contact data, etc. ? or do we all have to use this one registered account ?

  From the license agreements:
  
  2.3 Multi User License.
  You may install the Software on each of your company’s computers/server(s), up to the Permitted Number, provided that you have obtained from Phase One a Multi User License.
  Multi user Limitations and Restrictions: You may not permit any user outside your com- pany’s internal network to install the Software or to use your company’s product code, nor are you al- lowed to emulate your Software from their Computer (e.g. multi-user authorizing).
