Some urgent questions. Please help!
Dear Phase One,
I use C1Pro v.3.7.3 on my Power PC iMac G5 and shoot tethered with Canon EOS-10D and have some questions as follows.
1. I notice that the preview of my captured images shows color differently from the processed TIFF files and the resolution of the preview of the captured images is not as sharp as that of the processed image. Any corrections I should take?
2. I cannot rotate the captured images using the left and right rotate toolbar. What should be the problem?
3. Can I shoot and see "preview" pictures (not recording onto hard disk yet) before taking real picture?
4. in the focus module, can I see the small sharpened preview images below 100%? It seems like the program does not allow me to.

Forgive me asking, but your have not mistakenly set the camera to JPG capture? It is easily done?
If you are shooting RAW, perhaps an upgrade to 3.7.4 would be an idea to start with. This will speed up your processing times. Download the update and before you install go into User > Library > Preferences and find com.apple.phasonedslr.plist and delete it, then install the update.
This should resolve the tollbar and rotating images issue.
Focus window: Ensure you do not have sharpening disabled - that should ensure that the 'finished' result matches the preview. You cannot see files below 100% as smaller magnifiactions do not allow an accurate view of the finished result.
If you have a digital back there is a 'Preview' mode, but not (from memory) for DSLRs.

Dear Nick,
I don't why but today I can rotate RAW files w/o problem. BTW, can I rotate JPEG file? I cannot rotate it but I ask this becuase I am not sure if I stumble onto another problem.
Concerning my no.3 question, I think I have found the answer. That is to shoot in Composition Mode.
