8.2 Offline Images

I upgraded my catalog to 8.2 and now all the images show as offline even though they exists in the correct place. I tried to locate an image manually and this fixes it, but only for that image. I notice the upgrade process doesn't backup the catalog before proceeding which is also an issue.

    Using Locate... a second time at the top most folder has re-linked all the images. The first time I tried this it didn't do much. Its stuff like this that scares me with CO.

    I ran into this in 8.3, but after the first attempt to re-link the folder, it failed and won't let me try again, even after restarting Capture One.

    Same here. Cannot link to my master images again.
    So I am stuck with my project now.
    CO 8.3.3 OS X 10.11 MacBookPro Retina 15"

    Any help?

    Hi there, did you tried to located images on same disk as catalog. I do move RAW archive from time to time across multiple Time Capsules and was able to locate images without problem. Before raising ticket to C1, make sure that location is readable by your user, by trying to create folder for example in that location. Hope that helps.
