CaptureOne Pro trial version

Can captures be taken with the trial version of CaptureOne Pro?

    Enrique,

    Yes they can, with a Canon EOS DSLR or a Phase One Digital Back.
    Trial Version is a fully functioning version of the program.

    I installed the trial version of CaptureOne Pro because i'm considering buying it. But the capture will not go in the program.

    The program recognices the lightphase camera back, the green lights flash when you make a capture but nothing happens with the software, no images. The back even beeps when you shage the ISO on the software. I have it connected to a windows base desktop pc not a laptop.

    What am I doing wrong.

    This may be due to Windows XP SP 2 problem.

    Hello KC,

    I did the change to the firewire and the problem still persist. I realy frustrated because I cannot use this PahseOne Back I purchased.

    I'm lost with what to do.

    I see you have submitted a Support Case. This is the best way to get assistance.
    Please follow the troubleshooting suggestions offered by Supporter, mostly the one about contacting your Dealer.
    If you don't have one yet, you will need to make contact with one so let Support know this in the Case.

    i had the same problem with my old p25 back ....... and the solution was to change my firewire card because (i think) phase its not compatible with all IEE controllers (VIA based especialy).
