PDF Documentation

I´m new with C1, so I read the documentation (Capture One Pro 7 and Capture One DB user guide). It seems to be didactically pretty good, with all the attached pictures and videos. The only problem is, that I´m not able to open the pictures or videos in the PDF. I´ve tried for hours, all different options, but I cannot find the mistake. Is there anybody who´s got a solution.
Win7/64, ACR XI

  Hello Tiny: What reader do you use? Was it updated recently? I use both Adobe Acrobat 9 pro and Foxit reader (free) with no such problems (at least on COne ver 7 manual) even on an old slow XP machine.

  PS: After such a costly purchase, I wish P1 would still make printed versions available especially for IQ series backs.

  Hi Jon,
  Thanks for your reply; it is good to hear it works on another machine so I have to find my bug. I´m using the latest version of ACR 11; but due to your reply I tried 9.5. Now the "multmedia.api" is installed, which was not in ACR11, but I still cannot open pictures or videos. I suppose I´m on the wrong path.
