    I got it fixed. Just in case anyone wants to know, it was that the .net framework was corrupted. I had to uninstall and then reinstall and now it works.

    Glad you solved this and thanks for the feedback. The .NET Framework component is critical to CO4 & 5 and maintenance can be necessary sometimes. It is always on my checklist in such kind of cases.
