iPhone
this may be a silly question, but when I plug my iPhone into my MacBook Pro, my newly installed version of Capture One launches, as if it's looking for images to import. Where is the preference to stop this??

This is a reoccurring event (the question that is 😉 ). Fortunately the answer is the same: Image Capture (Applications folder), Preferences: when camera is connected, start No Application. 0 -
Thanks Paul! Much appreciated. I don't think I would have figured that out.

I have it all set as above to no application but the import window still opens when I put a cf card in the card reader.
Is this something to do with using V4 on a G5 as I never had this problem with the old version?0 -

Different issue. The OP's question was about launching the application. This is managed by the Image Capture preference. Once started, manually, there is currently no setting to prevent opening the import window of CO4.x when connecting/inserting a memory card. It is a feature already requested and listed with Phase One IIRC and existed in CO3.x.0
