    If I save it as a tiff instead. Will that give me equal results in a dogde and burn process?

    Regarding your first post in this thread: CO6 can export to DNG raw, but without adjustments. Because it is still raw, Photoshop will open it with its camera raw plug-in.

    Regarding your second post, for dodge and burn you'd better export with CO6 to tiff, as you assumed and finish the job with Photoshop.

    Keep in mind too that the reason edits to DNG could not show up in Photoshop anyway is because the adjustments that Adobe stores inside a DNG are not some universal adjustment. They are proprietary adobe ACR adjustments and only compatible with Adobe products.
