C1 Backups

Folks,

For backup purposes if it enough to just backup the *.cocatalogdb files or do I need the subdirectories here (Adjustments/Cache/Originals). I'm assuming I don't (the cache directories are pretty large) but would appreciate some knowledgable input!

This is not related to the backups that C1 itself makes btw....

  Assuming catalog, not session.
  
  You need "Adjustments" too ( assuming you work with layers, otherwise this folder should have no files).
  "Originals" that's were your originals e.g. raws are stored (unless you use a referenced catalog).
  
  You don't need Cache necessarily, it can be rebuilt (but this can take a while for a high number of images)

  Thanks. It's a shame this can't all be stored in the database (like LR) but useful to know for sure. I see that the C1 backup also includes the Adjustments dorectory to keep everything consistent.
