CP6 pretty great with one gllitch on my side...
I have upgraded several of my machines, and the new software is pretty great. I have one machine that is giving me an issue. I am wondering if this has happened to anyone else. When shooting tethered, it shows the first image, then it stays on the first image in the preview window. The thumbnails continue to show up just fine. I have created new sessions, and that does not cure the problem. I have erased the program and all preferences, and made a clean install of CP6...still doing the same thing.
Thanks for anyone's help.

From the Camera menu go to Auto Select New Capture and select either Immediately or When Ready

This was a common problem for me in the beta phase. Now that the final release is out, I noticed it happening once shooting tethered to an Apple laptop. It was working properly and then just suddenly started not auto selecting right in the middle of the session. It corrected by itself without quitting after several more captures. It hasn't happened again. 0 -
Yeah, I know about setting the camera to immediate in the software... Never found the culprit, but rebuilt the machine today from ground up. Now, it works just fine... 0 -
I've seen this before during the transition from 5 to 6. Deleting the PLIST solves the issue, as the "Auto Pause" is stuck ON without indication. 0
