    Mike,

I'll assume you have set Always process image to associated image folder which is what I believe is wise.
In order to process the TIFFs and JPEGs at the same time they need the common Destination. Yes, they arrive in the same folder but it is easy enough show Details in a Window > sort by File Type > Select all JPEGs and move into their own folder.

Tip: Make a ShortCut to the Captures location on your Desktop for quick file management.

You could Process TIFFs first and then rename the Develops folder; and then process the JPEGs which will arrive in the new Develops folder. Yes, it is possible to set different process locations, but this can become convoluted and messy and not the best procedure on Windows platform.

If QuickProof JPEGs will suffice, you can process using this tool and they will arrive in a subfolder of their own named QuickProof TIFFs will arrive in the Develops folder. Remember, the algorithm for QuickProofs is for Speed and different from the Process algorithm built for image quality.

    Hope this helps you out.

    Sincerely,
    kc
