C1 - 9.0.1 is totally useless - won't start

Since the update to 9.0.1 C1 won't start up any more. The applications is starting without opening a session or a catalog but
when opennig a catalog (less than 10.000 RAW files) C1 hangs. The activity monitor shows that C1 doesen't react anymore but memory usage increases up to 9 GB of 16GB. Then I see a nice "beachball show". 😕

Sometimes a dialog appears "saving file - step 1 of 5 –– aprox. 15 sec"
but saving takes about 5 to 10 minutes. 🤓
