    Best option here is to create a tech support case (via the link in my profile) and send us your log files, which can be generated via Scripts > File Packager.

    It is a new Model that needs support added so RAW files will be recognized.
    No new sensor, no new lens. Should be a very easy update.

    I entirely agree, however the support case is necessary for us (at Phase One) to judge the demand at-large for this support as well as prioritize updates and the resources they require.

    Disappointed to read we need to petition Capture One to make a Sony software license, Sony camera compatible a month and after they released the camera. Afterall we get Capture One to have all our favourite tools in one program not to switch between LR and C1 depending on the camera.
