HELP! I'm getting a Database Verification Fail
Hi,
I had a computer crash during an import session, and now when I try to open that catalog I get the following two prompts:
http://i25.photobucket.com/albums/c67/mattr1/prompt1.png
Then when I click Verify and Repair I get:
http://i25.photobucket.com/albums/c67/mattr1/prompt2.png
Please help, I really don't want to have to delete and start over again with this catalog. All of my settings for thousands of images will be lost.
My Computer:
MacBook Pro (2010)
OSX 10.8.5
Thanks,
-Matt

Do you have time machine enabled? If so, you should be able to step back to a period in time before the crash. 0 -
Good thinking. After several tries with varying results (some causing the application to crash upon opening), I restored the catalog and reinstalled COP7 and it seems to be working fine now. Many thanks for the idea. 0 -
I'm glad you were eventually able to get it fixed. I'm sorry it wasn't as easy as stepping back in time though. Just think, computers are here to make our life easier. 😉 0
