Capture Core Server in 10.8

Just curious:

I noticed that CaptureCoreServer is still not listed as a 64 bit process after upgrading (or updating) to Mountain Lion this morning. Any reason why this process didn't make the jump? Any ramifications of this process running 32 bit when everything else has moved to 64?
