Vista SP1 Trouble

When shooting tethered with my P30+ back (Vista Home Premium) I have had no issues until Vista was updated with Service Pack 1 (SP1). Now I get the "Blue Screen of Death" at least 5-6 times per day. It seems to happen randomly and only while shooting tethered (running CS1). Upon rebooting the computer everything runs fine again until the blue screen hits. I have uninstalled SP1 and everything is again running fine with no crashes.

Anyone else experience this? Any ideas?
