Windows 10 Scaling on Extended Monitor

I have a Surface Pro 4 and use a HP 2311x monitor as an extended screen. When I open up Capture One and move it to this screen, it doesn't scale down so the font size is very large. I have tried many other programs and they scale correctly. Any help or thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you.

    You might want to try the variations of display scaling handling in the compatibility options.
    You can find these in the shortcut options, maybe this can help, maybe not but worth the try...
