Batch Processing

When doing large batch processing on C1 4.6.1 the process seems to hang on random images and the batch needs to be restarted by hitting the stop/start button.
I have tried clearing out the history and have checked that it appears to be happening on both Mac Pro's and Xserves. All fully licensed copies. Also happens on both P45+ files and 5D MkII files.
Is there something I am missing or is this a valid bug?

  Try to go back to 4.6 (not 4.6.1); 4.6 seems to be more stable with Mac Pro. Update to 4.6.1 is important to P65+ owners only.

  Thanks I'll give that a try if I can get hold of a 4.6 DMG
