Possible to create custom Catalog Field?

I have been following Peter Krogh's YouTube tutorials in which he explains the use of Capture One plus Expression Media 2. He has a Catalog Field called Place Finder, which doesn't show up in my version. Maybe that's because he is working on a Mac, whereas I am on a Windows PC. I tried to create a Catalog Field "Place Finder" myself but did not find a way how to do it. Is it possible? If so, how do I go about it? I did consult the help file but did not find any mention of it.

    Sorry, I was being a bit daft. The filed is already there, it just wasn't shown. The icon in the top right corner lets you choose which fields to show/hide. The Place Finder is one of them. (And it is in the help file - sorry again.)
