Downloaded version ERROR

I downloaded version 9 and installed on my computer. I am getting the following error every time I try to open it. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

    It looks like the type of error that you would be best raising a technical support request for.

    In case your issue hasn't been solved so far:
    I had the same effect with version 8.3 of C1. I raised a support case and shortly after got a link for downloading a newer build of my version. I downloaded it, installed it and all works fin again. Obviously the cause was the recent Microsoft Windows 10 anniversary patch. That was what I already had assumed.

    there several Versions of C1 are offered, suppoesedly that one too, that helps in your case. Good Luck 😄
