Erroneous Color Readouts

Been noticing with my own system and while using others that when you have the color readouts displayed as "Always Show Color Readouts" that they don't accurately reflect the correct readings as you move between images, as if they're not updating as you switch. Creates problems outputting files you think are one way only to find they're off!!!!!

I've also noticed that the color picker isn't always accurate or responsive to it's imput.
