Can't locate files on SD card
Recently switched from Canon/Lightroom set-up to Sony/Capture One. Currently running Capture One Prod 12 for Sony on Lenovo with Windows10. I just shot multiple videos on my a7iii and popped SD card into card reader. CaptureOne Import opens but my video files are not visible. I navigated to all of the subfolders and they are all empty. I reinserted the card back into the camera to make sure and I can view the files on the camera.
When I was still running Lightroom, I used DNG converted to get Lightroom to see the .arw files. From there, I was able to edit those files in LR and import them into Capture One.
I confirmed the SD card is not locked. I have no idea why I can't see these files on the SD card. Any suggestions?

C1 isn't a video editor. I don't think your video files are .ARW? More likely to be XAVC S or AVCHD, which I don't think C1 will support. Have you tried downloading Davinci Resolve? 0
