Reset Crop...

For some strange reason when I hit the Reset adjustments button on crop tool...it won´t work. The crop won´t reset.

Doing something wrong ? Anyone else experiencing this ?

    I made a support case so the matter is being solved as we speak...

    By the way...the local adjusments tools is great, works great and gives pretty nice results 😄

    My friend using MAC told me the same... 😕

    Something happened when I first installed CO6...after installation I tried the keystone tool and CO froze up. I had to force quit it and can´t be sure but I´d say that after that the reset button wouldn´t work any more.

    I even removed CO6 from my computer and re-installed it...but still it´s a no go.

    Fully uninstall before reinstall CO6. You know the drill of the FULL uninstall...

    Well I did it...but still the same thing.

    Damn...it´s getting a bit frustrating here.

    Maybe I missed something...just don´t know what it could be.

    I have got the same problem, that I cannot reset the crop tool.

    A support case has been opened.

    If anyone knows a solution it would be nice to know.

    Well I´m happy to know I´m not the only one... 😄 Sorry...

    Just a bit confused since I contacted support yesterday...got one reply, answered their questions and haven´t heard them since ?! But I quess these things take some time...

    Well...Once again I removed CO6 from my computer, removed everything relating to CaptureOne/PhaseOne and so on. Cleaned up registry. Even downloaded a fresh copy of CO...

    ...and the problem is still there...

    This was the fourth time I tried this so I quess it´s safe to say, that it´s not in my computer but there´s something wrong with the software !

    Edit: I´ve got Win 7 32bit

    The reset crop doesn't work on my desktop Windows XP Home SP3 too. This means, see my first message, that it doesn't seem to work at all.

    same problem here. clicking the 'reset adjustments in selected tab' icon has no effect on the image crop, with or without the alt key being held.

    running the 64 bit version of c1pro on w7 64 system.

    Just to mention an "issue" when working with layers in combination with other tools. After working in a layer, you have to switch "back" to the the background layer before the regular tools become active again. The layer is shown in a small box in the top left corner of the viewer.

    Well choosing the right layer is not the issue with this one... Pressing the crop-tool reset has no effect, plain and simple.

    Every other tool work like they are supposed to...only the crop-tool reset won´t.

    I to have the same problem on a Vista machine crop wont reset. Rest of capture One 6 seems great.

    Works ok for me with presets eg 2x3 then tried unconstrained. Could only pick up a crop from very edge, corner of frame. Tried to reset, would not. Did control Z to backtrack to first crops - reset worked again. Explain that? Shut C1 opened and tried a 4x3 crop then reset - ok. Shut C1 reopened repeated unconstrained crop, this time it let me pick up the crop anywhere on the screen and reset worked ok.

    Win 7 64bit.
