Capture 5.1 crashes,help!

Hi,
I'm running Capture 5.1 on OSX 10.5.8. Capture is crashing on startup, all I want to do is some editing!
I'm not to sure about the process of uninstalling then reinstall. Can I just update to 5.2 and will that fix the problem?
Capture was working fine last week, and I've done a big clean up of files using onyx.
All advice is welcome.
