Cannot process to the rootfolder set the process recipe

I had two process recipes in CO8 with root folder set to a specific folder under file in the process recipe. When I processed a photo I got at message the the output folder do not exist.

I then made a new recipe with the same rootfolder under file in the process recipe, and got the same message that the folder did not exist.

I then processed the photos without using then folder settings under file in the process recipe and used the same folder set in the Output location (Store Files). The photos were then processed to the folder.
